Over the past nine years, I've worked with startups and leading enterprises crafting beautiful brand and web experiences that meet users needs and business goals.
After graduating with a degree in Industrial Chemistry in 2010, I started building my skill in design by studying design articles and case studies. In the same year I started freelancing for small businesses, designing logos, brochures and simple websites, while applying for a job that aligned with my degree.
In 2012, I launched Evans Akanno Creative Agency, working with clients such as DStv and Recycle Points. Later that year, I worked at Jumia.com shortly before they launched, contributing skills in branding, and social media marketing. In 2013, I joined Konga.com as a creative strategist designing digital campaigns to drive sales for a year.
In April 2015, I founded Cregital (a fusion of Creative & Digital) where we design brands, create websites and digital products for startups and established businesses.
In 2018, I co-founded Farmkart an agric-tech platform, which enables people to bank in agriculture by investing in farm projects. In the same year, I also launched Acts of Random Kindness, Cregital’s CSR initiative to give back to the community.
Over the years, my body of work has been recognised by Google, AWWWARDS, The Future Awards Africa, Nigerian Technology Awards and Forbes Africa where I made the 30 under 30 list of young people shaping Africa’s future with Technology.
My entrepreneurial journey has been a very adventurous one and I enjoy sharing my thoughts and insights via storytelling on Instagram.
